This project aims to activate downtown for community life, and commerce, and improve its gateway to the Brevard Music Center, Bracken Preserve, and other community assets.

Design
The design for Clemson Plaza includes an arched brick alleyway, plentiful greenspace, and a granite water feature. The plaza connects retail, restaurant, and parking space with the historic Co-Ed Theater.

Workshop
Our design team conducted a two-day real-time design workshop to glean input from Brevard citizens. We enlisted the help of a local artist to workshop ideas, and partnered with the City of Brevard to create the plan.
