Job Overview
Responsibilities include leading the design team with master planning, conceptual site design, graphic representation, construction documentation, and construction administration. The candidate should be passionate about design, with strong graphic and written communication skills.
Education, Skills, and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture;
- 5 years of experience minimum
- In process of securing or currently maintain professional licensure
- Excellent graphic and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Civil 3D, Sketchup, and Land-FX a plus.
- Ability and knowledge to handle city codes and submittals for site plan processing
- Experience in leading others in the design and construction documentation/construction observation process
- Capability and desire to mentor junior design staff
